WE ARE MOVING!

After 35 cherished years at PLANNING House on Lower Kabete Road, PLANNING is moving! We recently celebrated 45 remarkable years of practise on 1st May this year, having established our first home in Industrial Area, later moving to Riverside Drive and ultimately to our current location on Lower Kabete Road in 1988. Over the years (and especially over the past 35 spent on Lower Kabete Road) we have established ourselves as leaders in the Architecture and Construction Industry, delivering numerous quality projects that have become synonymous with Nairobi’s skyline.

Starting 1st July 2023, we will be relocating to Level 2 of Rosslyn Riviera Mall, one of our very own Commercial Projects, which was completed in 2020. With this move we are looking to give the practice a new and exciting face within a fresh and modern setting.
We will be working at a limited capacity within the new space during the month of July, as we continue to fit out and relocate our equipment, with the bulk of our staff working remotely to ensure minimal disruptions in the smooth delivery of projects. Full staff presence in the new office will be as from 3rd August.
We are looking forward to this new and exciting era for PLANNING and to having you all with us as we work towards more and more!
